When the user is compiled the final shape of the product it is converted into SHX file format by AutoCAD software. In start when the user is working on the object the object file is stored as shape file and it needs a number of other files as well to completely define any specific object.

When the user has completed the object and the shape is complete the software saves it as compiled shape file and it is not dependent on any other files. The file can completely define all of its attributes and contains all the graphical information of the final compiled shape.
