The final document after writing and compiling is saved with the extension of FDX. This software is used to write the screenplays according to submission standards set by the film, television and theater industries. This application can also be used to write stage plays, graphic novels, manuscripts, outlines and basic text documents and all these documents are stored with the FDX file format. This file format stores the structure and format of the document along with the elements which are added in the document.
